Two Steps For Using Intuition to Reduce Risk of Heart Problems

Saturday, February 27th, 2010

Awareness is power.  People who are aware and awake to staying positive in their lives are less likely to develop heart problems, then those who tend to be depressed.  A study published in Europe’s leading cardiology journal, The European Heart Journal, shows that there is an independent relationship between positive emotions and heart disease.  Each of us has the ability to connect with our intuition to transform and transmit ourselves to live longer and healthier lives.  Here are two steps to help you reprogram and heal yourself during times of stress:

1. Check in with your body regularly. Your body is aware of everything.  Every cell knows what you are busy thinking, how your moods change, and where your deepest beliefs lie.  One of the most acute stress levels that many people are facing is the fear of a potential job loss.  Even thinking about losing your job has found to be more damaging then an actual firing.  Our attitude and our interpretation of the challenges we face influence the outcome of our experiences.

2. Stay positive. Optimistic responses can be learned.  Create the belief that any difficulty you are facing is temporary, an isolated circumstance that can be overcome through your efforts and abilities.  Watch the tendency to practice negative behavior patterns such as smoking, drinking excessively and staying up at night worrying about your problems.  If you can not afford counseling consider going to a church for assistance or a non-profit organization which provides services on a sliding scale.  It is often more difficult for men to talk about their problems then women and they are also 80 percent more likely to die of a heart attack or develop a heart problems during times of extreme stress.

Awareness would have no power if your body did not respond to it.  Life is one flow of awareness and our intuition serves as one of the most powerful tools in our life journey to help us create greater health and happiness in our lives.

Invisible Beliefs Block Our Intuition

Monday, February 15th, 2010

Most of our behavior is invisible to us.  When our life does not work out the way we plan, we often look anywhere but inside to find the answers that we need.  To redirect our lives we must examine and reconsider the invisible beliefs which shape the direction of our lives.  When we use our intuition it will help us make visible the invisible structure which supports our ability to make changes that we desire.

Journalist Lynne McTaggert author of the The Field:  The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe wrote:  “Particles exist in all possible states until disturbed by us-by observing or measuring-at which point, they settle down, at long last into something real.”

Our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are the programs in this invisible energy field.  Most of us are distracted by our fear-based perceptions and refuse to acknowledge or believe our own inherent goodness. The invisible energy field that shapes matter, as defined by quantum physics has the same invisible shaping that metaphysicans define as “spirit.”

Most of us are too busy to make dedicated time to connect with our spirit.  We must use little chunks of time to do this, instead of waiting for the perfect day in which you have “lots of time.”

We make choices.  Each of us can choose to be either a victim or our own hero.  As humans we have the unique capacity to brainstorm possible changes in our beliefs and take all life has to give.  Hoping and dreaming about your future is the first step, and it must be followed by action.  The internal connection we have does not need anything else.

Does Intuition Limit or Expand Our Ability to Find Love?

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

It’s been commonly thought that unless we love ourselves we can’t build a relationship with someone else.  Cutting edge research shows that our best indicator of finding love is based more on the environment we were raised, starting as early as in the womb!  People turn to the help and wisdom of their intuition many times in finding a mate.  Do we have the capacity to rewrite our story and decide against all the odds to choose a different destiny?

A 40-something-year-old female client piqued my interest in this area after she uncovered a secret about her genes.  Her mother’s revealed an affair which resulted in her having a different biological father then her other siblings.   Her sister and brother had been able to create successful love relationships, while my client struggled.

She was later able to meet the man who acted as one the genetic engineers in her life. The man’s physical appearance, taste in clothes and even his inability to commit, were the same characteristics that my client subconsciously sought in her relationship model.  After stepping out of her comfort zone, and choosing to date a man who didn’t match her father’s image, my client unknowingly sabotaged the relationship.  After a painful breakup, this brave woman is willing to pull back the curtain in the theater of life and examine things at a whole different level to re-write her life story.

In the book, Spontaneous Evolution:  Our Positive Future Now, Bruce Lipton, a pioneering biologist, partnered with comedian Steve Bhaerman, to present stunning information on the details and insights that shape our destiny.  files In order to climb the evolutionary ladder in our lives, each of must us pay attention to the moral road maps that have played a part in our journey.  Even if we consider ourselves to be a part of an enlightened community. we are often our own worse enemy.

It takes a shift in perspective and our ability to take action to ease the internal ache that many of us face in finding love.
