Thank you so much for this message Sheree – especially the 3rd step reminding me of the importance of surrendering and letting go of the stuff that keeps me from moving forward. I frequently find that what I really need to do is let go of my fears, which are always greater in my mind than what actually happens.

All of our decisions are most effective and beneficial when they are made from a basis of information. The more information the more likely the results will be pleasing and accomplish our goals. This unavoidably leads to attempts to gather the most information possible when preparing to make decisions. Toward this end, integrating intuition into the information gathering process becomes an indispensable part of informed decision making. The use of intuition to augment decision making based on the information derived from the five senses is categorically more efficient, effective and beneficial in achieving one’s goals. More importantly, it is limitless in its application. An individual will find that for all circumstances, subjects and problems a broad-based decision making process that includes intuition is always to their advantage. It is the reason that enlightenment is so strongly pursued by so many.

Soul wounds are happening all around us. Probably biggest examples of a soul wound is when we don’t recover from an old hurt and it stays locked inside and eventually manifests in disease. Listening to your heart closely and working to eliminate old hurts is critical to a healthy mind, body and spirit.
